Javier is passionate about GovTech and the impact it has on improving communities. He finds fulfillment in helping governments become more efficient and accessible, streamlining processes to better serve citizens. Having been hands-on as both a board member and CEO, he values the talent and dedication of the SDL team. Together, they tackle complex challenges and drive innovation, knowing their work builds stronger, more trusted public institutions. Outside of work, Javier enjoys surfing and exploring beautiful Puerto Rico, where he lives with his wife and two children.

Brian, from Peapack, NJ, is a founding member of SDL. He finds the most rewarding aspect of working here is improving how governments serve their communities. He believes that by making public services more efficient and accessible, SDL drives positive change in people’s lives.

Adam, from New Jersey, finds working in GovTech incredibly fulfilling as it allows him to directly improve public services and make governments more accessible. At SDL, he values the collaborative and mission-driven culture. Outside of work, Adam enjoys traveling, spending time with family and friends, and exploring new cuisines as a self-proclaimed foodie.

Vice President of Customer Success

Dee, who lives in New Jersey, is passionate about empowering local governments to leverage technology to enhance compliance and expand online services for residents. Her unique perspective, gained as a former government employee, allows her to understand both sides of the equation, effectively addressing client pain points and improving local communities. At SDL, Dee thrives in a collaborative environment dedicated to making communities better places to live and work. Outside of work, she enjoys traveling, spending time by the water, and cherishing moments with family and friends.

Director of Product

From Mt. Pleasant, Michigan, Heidi finds fulfillment in building products that help local government departments, often stretched thin, to serve their communities effectively. She thrives in SDL’s collaborative environment, where the focus is on solving customer challenges. Outside of work, Heidi enjoys remodeling projects, decorating, and spending time with her family, especially watching her kids play sports.

Originally from Eugene, Oregon, Sarah loves the impact of GovTech in shaping the future of public services. She enjoys SDL’s dynamic culture, which encourages learning and innovation. Sarah actively volunteers in her community, serves on the Board of Governors for Brown University, and loves spending time with her family. “Community” is the thread that connects her work and personal life.
